hi there sorry i was away for about 10 days house and cat sitting in kirriemuir for friends of mine / as they say always nice to be back in own hame eh ?? yes yes yes now 12 weeks no cigs good going ya ?? big diff. in eating habits , munching all the tine as i said i can afford to put weight on !!hope all fit and well nice to be back ......brian taaaaaaa

If it's any help, after smoking lots for 60 odd year . . .non-stop, I packed them up on Sept. 15 2006. It's weird, but I've found many ex-smokers can tell you the date they stopped smoking

- - -we are boring tarfs !
Still like the smell of one in the wind, at a distance !! Very Happy

and still use the inhaler thingee, but only to fiddle with . . .no capsules needed Thumbs Up

So hang in there bonnie loon..... It WILL get easier.

ok folks no im not dead /honest / not been too good as weather been awful here ..but im still off the cigarettes 14 weeks thursday /im proud/ still not easy as you ex smokers know too well ?? hope everyone is fit and well .....all the very best to you all .....brian Very Happy
