Don't let the name put you off, it wasn't always called that, the more we make it the more the name sticks. Kids and their imagination. Rolling Eyes

Pre-heat oven 180oC/350oF/Gas Mark 4.

Spray tiny bit of spray oil on round tin, line with grease proof paper and then spray the rest of the tin with oil.

Beat or whisk 175g butter and 175g sugar until light and fluffy.

Fold in 175g self raising flour and 25g ground rice - if you find you don't have it, just pulervise rice until they are small bits.

Add washed and patted dry 125g glace fruit - 3 colours - green (snot) red (spot) yellow (pus) and fold it in.

spoon it in the prepared tin, and level it off.

Bake for an hour - an hour and 10 mins.

Leave it in the tin for 5 mins to cool, then turn it onto a wire rack to cool completely.

I'll add a pic once the cake is out of the oven and ready to eat!
