I can't understand why they let these people out. For some bizarre reason they trust them to manage their own medication and inevitably they fail. He was obviously not fit to be out and was a danger to himself and others. This so called 'care in the community' is all very well but not in all cases obviously. They're so desperate to push these people out of institutions. Its time it was reviewed.
