| The 15-year old-boy arrested in connection with an incident in North Anston last Friday, 15 May 2009, has this evening (18.5.09) been charged with manslaughter by the Crown Prosecution Service. The decision follows the death of Jonathan Simon Harper who sustained fatal injuries after being struck by a car on Nursery Road at around 9.30pm. The 15-year-old boy remains in custody and will appear before Rotherham Youth Court (at Rotherham Magistrates’ Court) tomorrow morning, Tuesday 19th May 2009. Gob bless Jonathon |
